Ushers: Ushers are a valuable part of any program where people congregate in sizable numbers, be it in a theater, an athletic stadium, or a church.  The main function of an usher is to assist people by welcoming them and making them feel comfortable. At the Church of the Resurrection, we have a group of volunteers who regularly and cheerfully fulfill their responsibilities of guiding and seating newcomers, answering any questions and generally maintaining an atmosphere that allows the pastor to conduct his service in an orderly manner.  The ushers also have a schedule and a list of duties and guidelines which are sanctioned by the rectors.  Current Ushers: Richard Hadad (head usher)          Joe Haubrich Silvio Ciancio                                    Rob Furphy Lynn Kasin                                       Tony Simone Paul Curran                                    Jim Wood
