Columbarium Committee

The Columbarium and Cemetery of the Church of the Resurrection is located to the left as you enter the church.  This is the thirteenth year since we began using the cemetery;  it feels as if it has always been there.

Members of the Columbarium Committee are appointed by the Rector and  approved by the vestry.  The committee consists of a minimum of three individuals.  Each member serves a six year term with one member being appointed every two years on a rotational basis.  Current committee members are:    Sue Blodgett        - chairperson    Mary Belle Duvivier - secretary           Deke Rothacker      - financial secretary           Debbie Rothacker The committee makes recommendations to the vestry concerning the sale & price of graves, perpetual care monies, anything pertaining to the columbarium and cemetery.  In 2005,  an expenditure for sandblasting the Columbarium was approved.
